Ever see people carpooling especially in the city? This is not a new phenomena but unfortunately not many people know the benefits of carpooling. I know a few people who are carpooling and today they manage to save what they can earn in a month. It is amazing and I wish there are more people who can realize the benefits of carpooling. Let me tell more about the benefits. Saving the environment. Cars produce more Carbon Dioxide as they burn fuel to generate the power to move the cars. The reason why you need to carpool is to make sure there is less cars on the road so that there will be even lesser Carbon Dioxide being released into the air. Carbon Dioxide is also the gas known for causing Global Warming - Green House effect. Save more money. You will be sharing the fuel money with your carpooler friends so it will cut down your expenses and you can save some money. Even if just a few dollars can make big difference to your savings so start carpooling and see your bank account grow bigger. Cut down the traffic jam. Everyone hates traffic jam. By carpooling, you can reduce the cars on the road and make the whole journey smoother. Some people have to wait in the traffic jam for hours before they reach the office. It is wasting time and wasting fuel as engine used up more fuel when idling. Pay the lowest parking fee. You can never avoid parking fees if you have a car. Now, you get to share the cost with all the carpoolers thus everyone can save up a bit of money, which in turn will make big difference in long term. It is recommended to get a monthly pass rather than paying for parking on daily basis. Meet other people. Usually, you will be so busy working, you hardly notice anyone around you, let alone to socialize with them. When you carpool, you have friends around you so you get to talk to each other and perhaps discuss about the daily issues or simply talk about life and gossip.
